HOW I THINK
Be Bold. Move Fast.
Among the core values of Facebook's 2019 announcements, "Be Bold" and "Move Fast" are the values that must be taken as people in the IT industry. I'm interested in a position boldly establishing product strategies and quickly leading product design. Some of the world's leading companies, such as Amazon, Apple, and Google, constantly strive to showcase new designs and technologies every year.
Improvement Rather Than Failure
Even if there are numerous highly successful services, they indubitably have ended up making a steady upward curve through the endless curve of success and failure. Thus, no matter how perfect the product, the points of failure are obvious. Rather than being frustrated with failures, I like to understand the causes of failures in a variety of ways and work faster to improve quickly.
Efficient Design
Design outcomes that involve investing large numbers of people over long periods to get the answers you want have high risks when they fail. Rather than designing for the uncertain perfection you want to achieve for a long time, I prefer design outcomes that reduce process time as much as possible by investing the minimum number of people. I believe that it is more efficient from a design standpoint to think once more regarding the user experience in different ways with a quick step rather than worrying about letter-spacing and line-height.
